ok so i am 5' 6 1/2 " tall and weigh 154lbs.
i play sports and have alot of muscle in my thighs and calfs or w/e i am wondering if you would call me fat or jus have lots of muscle ....????

hey. i think it's really hard to be able to tell w/o knowing how much fat actually contributes to ur weight. i had the same concern so i checked using a machine that sends a pulse through u (u dont feel it :)) and tells u what percent of ur body is fat. its safe and everything, but i dont remember the name. u could try asking at a store like GNC. g'luck!
p.s. if u feel healthy, u prob are. try to go off what u feel more than what a scale says. but if u just have to know (i no i did), then use something besides a reg weight scale that doesnt really tell u much

I wouldn't say your fat. I don't think you are close to obiesity but just make sure you loose a couple pounds of your chest. What I say is if you feel your fat, then try loosing weight no matter what other people say about you like "its just baby fat."

Your bmi is 24.5. 25.0 is considered overweight, so you are close but not overweight.
