Not all boys are shy.But some are shy to talk because of thier own insecurities.They are just being self consious.

girls don't know what boys go through,boys are not like girls,girls walk in a room and get a date,boys have to ask girls for dates.

They are scared of looking stupid and being rejected as they have yet to learn the proper ways of addressing the girls.

Because all boys are stupid.
The fear of rejection in younger men is the main cause.
But as you grow older you conqeur that fear and realise how many golden opertunities you have wasted because of that stupid fear.
