See Learning English has various stages. First develop reading skills and writing skills. Be proficient. Work hard sincerely. And then try to know some vocabulary. U shud know words to utter without which u cant speak. So know as many words as u can. The best way to master vacabulary is preparing for GRE exam. And later u shud implement all the words along with grammar in writing and reading. Now u start speaking to urself first. First start very slowly so that u can understand what u speak. Always try to have a picture in mind of what u r saying. PRACTISE this for some days. U start speaking in english for every situation u face in ur daily life. And maintain a book to note down various forms of speaking the same thing. After achieving enough confidence try to speak with others. Always read newspapers. It gives you lots of bookish language. Read Novels which has longer conversations. This gives you the real examples of how one can use english for speaking. So read novels novels novels.....
