They're free but not safe. Sometimes or other they will realise that they're going to be cheated. Most of the boys r not good & r agressive. They're physically stronger than girls, in general. If they exploit sexually as is the case for most of the girls , they can't help themselves & are bound to surrender, what a pity situation indeed. So, they should adopt safety first tactic & keep them away from the boys , most of the time. Always remember: SAFETY FIRST , ANYTHING ELSE LATER. They should see the boy/s when they're in a group only.

What u mean free with all guy if u mean hang out with them
Well there is nothign wrong in it comon as long u know ur doing right its ok. You should be smart enough when to say yes and when to say no. Well since i never had any relation ship with indian girl i exactly cant tell what's modern means to u.
