Im 17 and today had my tooth out, its the main one you use to chew, I have to go back next week and have the exact same tooth pulled out but on the other side of my mouth.. the dentist said it was decayed. I was kind of shocked as I dont eat much sugary food but when he took the tooth out I could see what he was talking about.

my mouth is numbed at the moment.. kinda waiting for the pain to start now. but my main concern is going through the rest of my life with two gaps at either side of my mouth and chewing using my gum.. is there anyway the teeth will grow back?

No. The teeth will never grow back. I'm kind of surprised your dentist didn't tell you this.

You can have a bridge or an implant fitted in its place to fill the gap. I would strongly advise doing this for practical reasons as well as aesthetics. It will make chewing easier and there will be less chance of gum infection.

Speak to your dentist about the possibilities.

If your front two teeth are adult teeth then obviously no. It won't grow back. But if they are baby teeth which is a highly doubtful explaination then yes it will grow back.

Let me see you have 2 missing teeth in the front that won't grow back? The first ask your mom tho get you the fake kind of teeth that can be screwed into your mouth (my aunt). Or get bridges done like my mother. Painful? yes. Lotta money? yes. But unless you are willing to have 2 missing teeth be my guest.

Or have your dentist talk to you about what he thinks you should do. Obvisously he's going to tell you something useful. The same thing happened with me when I was brushing my teeth everyday, I was eating a lot of candy too. So brush at morning and night, brush everywhere for a total of 2 minutes and dont eat sugary foods.

No. You lose all of your temporary (baby) teeth
by the time you are in middle school. Teeth that you lose at 17 are permanent teeth and will not grow back. We are all born with all the teeth we will ever have. If you do not take care of them
they will not last your life time and you will end up with bridgework or dentures. These never work as well as natural teeth.

Sorry but no your teeth won't grow back. You get a set of temporary teeth as a child, then permanent teeth as you grow older and that's it.

If they were baby teeth, they might grow back but there's no guarantee. My ex had a problem with overly mature baby teeth and his adult ones never grew in. But if they were adult teeth, sorry but you're out of luck.

if it's permanent, it will not grow back anymore... but you can have some remedies, like if you will have false teeth or retainers with attached false tooth that is placed on your lost one

First off, you use all of your teeth to chew. Not if those were your grown up teeth, that's all she wrote.
