setting up a romantic evening .. help?

I am setting up a nice meal, wine and candles with roase petals from the door to our room, but i'd like to leave him some notes too, just can't think of what to put on them, any idea's? Would like it to be romantic yet sexy. hmmmm

Write a really sweet loveletter and put a good looking and fresh rose inside it. That will add romance, have a silent and beautiful evening.

Nice meal, i understand. Why the rose petal ? If a guy like u, u lay it with stones under their feet, they also won't felt it. U can try to light some nice essence to spice up the room. Dun waste money go and lay the petals on the floor, waste energy as u need to swept it away the next day.
Just put something sweet, eg. U r my honey, my lovely sweet honey.( ps; if you both are the romantic type )
Trust me, my Foreigner bf, just love it. Anything u write and do, will make him felt love.
Nice sentimental music and lighting are a must to a great meal & wine. A sexy and nice presentable wear is also a must. Just because you do it at home, it doesn't mean u dun have to make up.
If u did all those things, i'm sure, ur evening will be excellant. Oops, forgot about one thing. Make sure the cell phone & house phone are off.

I think that instead of rose petals you should have confetti or a long ribbon..... That directs him to a sign saying 'Paradise' where he shall find his godess in the bath surrounded by candles with fabric hanging from the ceiling.... Bubbles shall be caressing the air as your bubble machine dedicates it's bubbleness to the kingdom of 'lurve'....
At the front door, you shall have a letter or newspaper (pre-writen letter spread amongst other letters) that writes, 'if you want to see the kingdom of paradise, then ascend this stairway of heaven, and you shall realise that seeing really is believing'

Have you ever? LOL....bought a gift for the one you love in this case I would get something maybe to wear or something to make love making fun,exciting...then hide it somewhere in the house...then make hint notes...to where the gift is...games are always fun..like on the first hint note you can put it somewhere you know they will see it right off the bat...it could say...I didn't think that this night would be complete with out a gift for The One I LOVE ...but you have to find it ....first clue...look on the top of the TV... then have something sweet and sexy on this hint card...

I did the notes thing with a friend of mine (that I was dating).

He loved it.

I just put things like :

I like your eyes, especially when you look at me.

I love your lips, especially when you kiss me.

I love your feet because ... (yeah you need to go that far)

and the rest of his body.
