i have xp. im trying to download media player 11 but it comes up saying i have to have xp sp2 what does that mean and have i got it?

Go to >
Start --> Control Panel ---> System ---> General (Tab)
Under system you will find your operating system.. If it is XP Service Pack 2 then you got XP SP2, if it is not then you don't..
If you got XP SP2 and can't install WMP 11 then it means that your Windows XP SP2 is pirated..

Hello Dear, First of all go to control panel and check, you hav genuine win XP service pack 2, Basically i think u hav pirated xp.
pls install another win XP sp2 and then ur computer will be capable to run wmp 11.
