there is no quick way to lose that much weight healthily.the best way is to not be lazy and do not let yourself get into the position where you have to lose weight quickly.live a healthy life and stay in shape then you would never have a problem like you have now.years of abuse to the body can not be rectified overnight.

Start a regular schedule of sport like 3hrs every other day swimming or running and decrease significantly carbohydrates and sweets from your daily diet and quit eating in each meal a bit before complete fullness.
It takes 2 weeks!
