I want use my Toshiba laptop as a DVD palyer but since it has a small screen i want to connect it to my samsung (4 year old) TV.What kind of data cable would I need.Do I also need a S-video out card? Also where can I buy it in Bangalore?Thanks

The TV is PAL and the Laptop is both NTSE and PAL compatable.

Need more info. Is the TV a PAL receiver or an NTSC receiver? Is the laptop DVD PAL or NTSC? Does the laptop have a VGA output? Does it have a PCMCIA socket? Sorry, but if I had more info, I might be able to make a recommendation.

Buy a USB cable to the three pin of the TV convertor which has the Yellow, White and Red colours Pins hope u know that
and buy them in a electronics laptop shops or computer shops sorry i don't live in baglore and i cant help u
but that s th wway i watch
