Striking a conversation would be your first step, then everything else should come naturally, don't be scared, what is the worst that could happen, you make a new friend. Good Luck.

If she looks at you and you notice that...also if she is in the same areas that you are in consistantly.
I'm no pro at office romance, but let her know that you see her by being where she is periodically. If she likes you, then she goes to where you are often....try to find out where she goes for break and try to be there, also.
Good luck, and talk about simple stuff like weather and how it will affect this weekends' racing schedule at the track (Im a big racing fan, though, so this might not affect your eye honey.)

ever heard the term don't s**t where you eat? It is such a bad idea to try and get at someone you work with. It may be trouble for you. But if you don't care, you won't know 'til you ask. so tell her you think she's cool and you like her then ask her out.

Go up to her, look her straight in the face and say in your best ghetto voice, "Hey ******, how they hangin'? Any chance you 'n' me could take a mutual ride through Humpsville?", then, before she replies, take you finger and flick her on the end of her nose.
I 100% guarantee that you will get an answer one way or other.
Just call me Monsieur Le Help.

Swallow that fear and just go talk to the girl. See if you have anything in common. Tell her how you feel, ask her out. The worst thing she can say is no. AND ACT CONFIDENT! ACT LIKE YOU ALREADY KNOW WHAT HER ANSWER IS GOING TO BE.
