The phrase is Russian and yes, it is very rude. The first word is the f*** word, and the second one means "god". It's not a common phrase though, I've never heard it before. The guy who came up with it certainly has a creative approach to swearing! Hopefully he'll channel his abilities into something nicer in the future though. :)

EDIT: This phrase is likely to have the same meaning in some other Slavic languages as well, so your guy could be Croatian or Serbian as the poster below me suggested.

It is Serbian and Croatian. It means "f*** the god". Yes, an angry person would say that.

I think you'll find the language is Croatian and yes, it is rather rude - probably means 'f***ing hell' or something similar.
