i'm not fat but i kinda have a double chin are there any excersices that i can do or something?

Watch your salt intake. Also watch your tobacco and alcohol consumption...those 3 things did it to me.

Yes. Open your mouth, stick your jaw out, and flex the flesh under your jaw, your jaw, and your neck, and move the jaw up. Repeat. This is a tried and true exercise. Also, concider playing trumpet. Trumpeters have rock solid faces. When I played the trumpet, my teacher was 80+ years and looked 40 in the face. He was quite the character.

Yeah you can pull down your face muscles a little this might help...Also alchohol is known to cause double chins

Without surgery you are blesses with a double chin.learn to love yourself as such.
