On valentines day,i gave a girl roses,chocolates n a card.I asked her whether i can b her boyfriend or not.She say she have to consider about it.Now,it's been a month n she still haven't answer me...yet.So,tell me folks,should I tell her again that I love her??If yes,how should I start??
