how do you reformat?

i want to reformat my computer that is using a windows xp OS but i dont know how. can someone tell me the step-by-step process on how to do it?

Just insert the XP windows CD and it will lead you. make sure your installation CD is inside the driver when you restart the machine. and press delete when it is saying boot from CD. after that just follow the guide lines
