After about 45-60 minutes your body stops burning fat and starts to burn muscle so exercising for this long every day will not only be useless but damaging to your body as well as jogging puts pressure on your joints. Try varying the exercise you do. Also, by doing press ups you are building your arm muscles rather than losing weight.

Actually stop looking to lose weight. Look to lose body fat.
I started weight training to look better on the beach. I didn't "bulk up" but I gained weight.
I went from 130lb and 12% body fat to 136lb and 6% body fat.
Do you see the correlation? Muscle is denser than fat and looks better. If your lifting regularly, you will gain weight...HEALTHY weight not flabby weight. :)
