I comes from the name Tamim which means strong, or complete..
its a large family name in SaudiArabia who owns the Safeway grocery brand products..
If you add an "i" to the end of most Saudi words, it turns possessive.. so Tamimi is "my strong one" or "my complete one".. but still its a family name here..
