I just downloaded Audacity 1.2.6
//audacity.soundforge.net//
Seems like a good deal just for messing around as it's
free.
Problem is, it's imposible to use the effects in real
time. One has to record a track/s before adding the
effect, and as I'm still a lousy guitar player its
really depressing playing a flat acoustic guitar( Via
the Edirol UA-20 mic input) with out effects.
(Delay/reverb/chorus. ect.)
I've tried using Audio Hijack for the sound effects
'before' going to Audacity... it does work via the
headphone/speaker "out" on the UA-20, but wont record
the effects into audacity.... they come out flat again
on playback....Back to square one. Any idea's ?.
