You feel sick after eating ALL meat of any kind, prepared in any way? Or just one sort of meat like steak? I'd guess whatever it is just doesn't agree with you and you should try different types of meat in different recipes. If you say you enjoy meat, then it can't all make you feel sick or else you'd never have learned to enjoy it in the first place.

you're providing very little information to make a suitable suggestion...., but is the meat cooked all the way? was the person who handled it using proper hygeine? as a chef, i should tell you that meat can get harmful bacteria on it if some fool didnt wash their hands after coming back from the restroom, or even if someone handled a cooked piece of meat after handling a raw piece of meat...many many reasons why you could be feeling sick...maybe the meat was bad altogether...did you check the expiration date?
