We are all flawed in one way or another - we live in a fallen world. So in that regard, yes, we are all sinners in one way or another.

Many people don't realize that Judas' biggest sin was not his betrayal of Christ - almost all of the apostles betrayed or denied Him on at least one occasion or more. Judas' big sin was assuming, after his remorse at what he had done, that he was beyond redemption or forgiveness from God, and then hanging himself.

Contrast that with Peter, who actually denied Christ three times, and then fled when he was led away, and who was also rebuked at one point by Jesus ("Get behind thee Satan...") when he suggested that Jesus should not have to suffer a terrible death. Peter ended up being one of the Church's greatest saints in spite of his shortcomings. This sort of forgiveness and redemption was also open to Judas, as it is to all sinners, but Judas rejected it.

Judas,
We "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of GOD", however Judas was a traitor. He hung himself and had no opportunity to be forgiven. We have an opportunity to be forgiven by following the Savior's plan of Salvation. We can be made free from our sins and have an opportunity to be in Heaven with HIM. Have a great week.
Thanks,
Eds

Of course there is...Judas was fallible just like everyone else. He wasn't evil, just misguided.

Good is the opposite side of Bad. No Good, No Bad. No Light, No darkness.
