Why? Because its bad for us? You don't see the sale of cigarettes, alcohol, or firearms banned. People need to be responsible for what they do, without the government playing nursemaid. Half the time people are complaining that the government is too involved with their personal lives. The other half of the time they're crying to the government to control everything from how their raise their children to what they can put in their mouths.

No but all children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by a RESPONSIBLE adult! Somebody who knows what the kids are eating and how often!
Fast food one in a while is fine , daily is a death sentence!

No. We should not ban something just because there are people out there who do not know how to control themselves and eat right. Why should I have to go with out my occasional fast food treat because others do not know when to say no.

naaa....its people that ultimately decide what they put in their own body....like its insane for a fat person to sue McDonalds cuz they got fat....(which theyve tried to already!!!) i mean come on, did McD's tell em to eat all them Big Macs? No!!! People got to learn moderation, and when to stay away....and when to say enough is enough....kinda hard to make an argument against fast food chains though when their belly is hanging to their knees and theyre still sucking down those double quarter pounders.......!!!

Nope if someone wanted to eat junk food they could get it from anywhere. Also some fast food resturants now offer healthy options.

Nope, the only thing that makes you use them is YOU!.they dont drag u inside kicking and screaming and force you to eat the rubbish they serve. So why ban something just because you have not the will power to stop using them?

No, its up to the individual what they eat and if they cant control themselves then that is their problem.
Everything is fine in moderation-even fast foods. Its greed that is the problem.

HELL NO!

Its time people took responsibility for their own actions. You eat too much junk food and don't exercise thats you. No one foced junk food in your mouth. Tired of people trying to blame others for their own acts...

Caveat emptor rules in this case. I have yet to hear of any individual being forced to enter these businesses at gunpoint.
