They are very expensive. Prices can range from $1000 to $4000+ easy.
But, you can also try and find a rescue group and see if there are any Bengals available for adoption. Rescue groups are not in it for the money.
Go to: http://www.mypetnanny.info/PD/Rescues.htm
Also do a serach for Bengal rescue groups. These cats do end up in animal shelters and rescue groups too.
They are very beautiful, aren't they?

My ex boyfriends parents had a Bengal cat - it was GORGEOUS. It had been breed as a show cat but wasn't 100% perfect so the woman who owned the cat gave it away! Apparently they can cost around £5,000 if pure pedigree and up to show standards. Hope you've been saving your pennies or get a bargain!

For an average one, we've seen people pay up to £1200, for pure bred ones with perfect markings £5000-£6000 is not uncommon - thats a lotta cash for a puddy tat - but they are gorgeous and generally soft natured.

you should check out www.gumtree.co.uk, you will find listings for Bengal kittens. They're about £350 for one you'll keep as a pet but not to take to shows. A word of caution though about that particular breed. They're extremely hard work as pets, they're loud, needy and demanding. It's not like having a normal moggie and it's generally recommended that if you buy one you should have previous experience in the breed as they're quite hard to train. My friends snobby sister insisted on getting two of them and now she's got two cats that go to toilet all over the house and scratch peoples faces.

It depends on the breeder. Mine was $500 without papers for breeding. if you want to breed it, $1000 +...And word of advise, for all you people who want to get one just because they look cool, you better be expecting it not to just sit around and look nice...They are very active and they cause distasters in your house...I love mine and would never get rid of it, but there are times where I wanted to UPS it back to asia.
