well i had had enough of my boy friend and it really seemed like he was after my friend so i wanted to tell him that its over but when i met him he ended up propsing to me what do i do???

and no i did not tell any one i was planing on the break up.... and well the thing is that she is quite a close friend of mine and is totally crazy about him but on the other hand he doesn't lke her but he could just be acting..... c its quite a mix up...

Okay, take a deep breath and let it out slowly. Now, is this a good man? Do you love him? Is he capable of being cruel? If you get two yeses and a no, then the only problem is your trust issues. Do you trust yourself? Do you want to marry him? If you get two more yeses, then you don't have a problem. Tell him to buy the ring and ask you again, then the only thing left to do, is say yes.

If he was after your friend or you are suspicious of him being after your friend, then there is apparently some other issues going on... like trust issues. So, I wouldn't say "yes" yet. It seems there are some things you have to straighten out. Getting engaged/married is a huge step and not something to rush into. If you two are meant to be together, then there's no rush; it won't matter if you pause and talk through everything first.

Sounds to me like he knew he was being dumped....did anyone else know who could have told him??? I'm not saying he only proposed because he knew he was being dumped by the way.
You need to remember why you was going to dump him in the first place, when i say ahhh"!!! i'm really mad, Getting married is not a joke or something u do on a daily basis, its to be taken very serious.
Have a good think about how your life was before he proposed. Good luck!!

Only you can decide... but geez talk about 2 EXTREMES! Wow. If you had enough now imagine being married to the guy. Another thing, if you're relationship is that insecure- like his intentions with your friend- please think seriously here. Communication is so important as is trust!
I had a friend who went through the same dilema and she broke it off and a month later she was so happy she did! Now she is happily married.

you cantmatty for the wrong reasons,you might regret it,do you still love him? find out what went wrong.
if it can be fixed? go ahead and fix it,if not do you what your haert and head tell you,if they are conflicting listen to your head alone.the heart can be a fool sometimes.love is good and powerfull but isnt reason enuff.be good and fair ok?

He may be desperate....if you think he is focusing his attention on someone else...talk to him seriously...then decide to leave or not...
Someone proposing to you doesn't truly show that they love you...
