I have been using 2000 for years. i just switched to XP and when i was installing it it said it had video editing software. i realize its probably crappy, but its not a demo, so i am interested (and cheap). Besides, i am not doing anything of importance, jusrt passing time. Unless you know of some free software that isnt bad that can do audio and video.

Movie maker is the name of that software.
To start Movie Maker, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, and then click Windows Movie Maker.
