Fedor Emelianenko ( hasn't lost a fight in 7 years and that was due to a cut his record is 25-1-0 with wins over CroCop, Hunt, Coleman, and Nogueira)
Randy Couture (What can you say about this guy one of the best and most exciting fighters but always seems to be the underdog somehow always finds a way to win 5 time Champion and current UFC heavyweight Champ at 43 years old)

Those are the only two I am sure of because of their matches here and over seas. I like Pride, but their first champion was UFC wash out Mark Coleman. More time needs to pass for a clear number 3 for me.

there is a ufc hall of fame and it consist of royce shamrock couture and severn
if there was an worldwide mma hall of fame then uld need to include rickson gracie but thats all i think no other superstar outside ufc has retired from competition i could be wrong but none spring to mind
