If you have problems with dry cough, go to a doctor.

If you fear cancer, get yourself examined. But, remember two things:

1. Not all symptoms will lead to cancer or other dreaded diseases.
2. If dry cough is not resulting in cancer, don't neglect that. It could be a symptom for tuberculosis or some other disease.

Don't think so but if you are doubtful get it checked.A cough is the body's response to inflammation or irritation in the throat, larynx, bronchial tubes or lungs.Some coughs are dry, while others are considered productive.Here are a few simple home remedies that will help to overcome cough. no but dry cough lasting for a long time could be because of cancer sp in old people

From the National Cancer Institute, the 7 warning signs of cancer are--

C- Change in bowel or bladder habits

A- A sore that does not heal

U- Unusual bleeding or discharge

T- Thickening or lump in breast or elsewhere

I- Indigestion or Dysphagia (difficult or painful swallowing)

O- Obvious change in wart or mole

N- Nagging cough or hoarseness

YOU DO NOT GET CANCER BECAUSE OF DRY COUGH BUT DRY COUGH MAY BE A SYMPTOM OF CANCER OF RESPIRATORY SYSTEM.

you have a better chance of getting something thrown at you for coughing too much!! and NOT seeing your doctor!!!
