Tell me how to pick up a girl who doesn't know me but I know?

I walked on the street, and I saw a girl who is very charming and has a beautiful face.
I have been thinking how to make her my friend for a long time.
I don't know even her number and address.
But she has the fixed path to return home from her office.
So I can see her in a fixed place, at the fixed time.
I want your kind help. Give me a help.

Be honest. Girls can tell if you try to accidentaly start a conversation. Anything incidental just makes guys looks worthless. I heave a sigh of disgust and wish they could just be honest. Say to her "Hey, hold on, I see you pass by this way sometimes (not every day) and I think you're the most beautiful creature I've seen." Pause, wait for a positive reaction, continue with an invitation to lunch/coffee or say "Whats your name" and work up to it slowly. Another option is start walking beside her before you get out the "Hey..." That way she won't have to invest in actually stopping to hear you. The longest conversations I have with strangers are when they get in stride with me. Best to be direct though. I can't tell you how many guys have ruined perfectly good opportunities going on about the weather, my outfit, their day's business etc etc. Good luck!

If she smiles back or even say "hi" it's good
then next time you can talk to her and say "I met you again"
or something like that then if she responds, have a
small talk.
