You must install the Chinese characters
On your system first..GO TO :
Start /setting/control panel/ Regional &Languages/ language
Check the Box :
Install files for East Asian languages
from IE :
Click Tools /Internet options/ language/Add
and click on the Chinese characters ,then
follow the steps.

some of the fonts, like MS Song, allow chinese characters. Otherwise get a chinese input software like NJstar communicator.
