how much food do you feed a 12 month old she has cows milk am and pm 7 oz but what meals snacks ect do i do breackfast then a hot dinner then tea sandwich or finger food help

You should limit milk and dairy products to about 16 to 24oz each day, and juice to 4 to 6oz each day, and offer a variety of foods to encourage good eating habits later.

She should be able to eat easy to chew table food. For snacks I recommend animal crackers, Teddy Grahams or something healthy like a fruit or veggie that they can chew (peaches and bananas are good).

I'd feed her breakfast, lunch and supper, with bottles in between. She won't eat much, but she should be able to eat what you are eating, in smaller amounts.
Oh, and I always gave my babies a drink first thing in the morning!
