u can download the original and genuine copy but for that u will have to pay u will find it at microsoft.com
if u want a pirated one download ares first and then using it download windows xp service pack2

u have to buy it dude
a pirated or illegal downloaded will always show a pop up telling u that it is a pirated edition till u get fed up with it and decide to buy one
