I think the best thing for you to do is to contact the Police and explain your situation. I am sure you have some type of mitigating circumstance that would help your case. You will almost assuredly be detained by the immigration control officer at any port or airport in the UK and held in custody until the Police collect you. This will make things more difficult for you and will be taken by the court to be a more serious action on your part. Don't complicate your life, give yourself up and accept the consequences for your actions, after all you may only get a smack on the wrist by the court and then you will be free to travel anywhere you like without constantly being in fear that someone is watching you. Good luck.

haha we are tracking you to you computer right now... lol
but seriously, yes you would get picked up at immigration if your going on holiday., as the immigration computer is linked to PNC where it will show you as wanted.
The easiest thing to do is present yourself as soon as possible when ou can make sure your day isnt going to be too ruined.
best time is in the morning so you got a chance of going to court the same day.
or you could bury yor head in the sand and wait for them to come and get you on saturday night and you having to spend weekend in cells till monday court.
The warrant is for failing to appear rather than the original offence. Failing to appear os probably a more serious charge than whatever you did originally.
So regardless of how minor your offence is, your still shown as wanted.

You should hand yourself into the Police ASAP. It will look much worse if you don't and the Police catch up for you and you are arrested for a further offence. If you are arrested for further offences they will check if any warrants are outstanding and the fact that you didn't hand yourself in will look really bad in Court.

If bail hasnt been set, he will be in jail until after his court date. Depending on the judges decision, he could be in jail loger to pay his restitution. He needs a public defender. If this is his only offense, the public defender can get the judge to allow him to pay off his fines out of jail under an affordable payment plan. If the plan isnt met, another warrant will be issued.

Go to a police station at 8 in the morning and you'll be at court by 9.30 - Try and leave the country and you'll get nabbed at the airport - Must be summert serious though if its a crown court warrant
Why can't people take responsibility for their actions these days and take their punishment

jumping bail is a seperate offence in itself!! so once the police catch up with you, they will normally take you to court straight away(OR KEEP YOU OVER NIGHT-depending on the time of day) you will be charged for jumping bail...PLEAD GUILTY (or they will trial you on it...and you won't get away with it) indictable offiences are serious (you obviously pleaded not guilty at your prelim hearing) now pleading not guilty to the charge and jumping bail don't look good already does it!!....if you hand yourself in to your local nic,it will look better for you, however which ever way you look at it...your stuffed!!....if the judge is p*ssed off on the next hearing he can order the police to get you straight away..arrest you then drag you to court...failing that..if you disapear ..and so much as fart in the wrong direction..and get arrested..your stuffed!!never lie about your name...as livescan will catch you out!! never heard of it? you have now and it will haunt you!!

Jumping bail is serious. When they get their mitts on you, you WILL be detained. 'Remanded into custody', is the official term.
You dozy bird!
Give yourself up. Better for you in the long run, trust me..!
