He is excused on account of his non-existence.

He does. God is always sending us messages of His love and grace in nature,in the little things we do for one another,in sudden sights or sounds that bring us joy.But we're always just too proccupied to notice. Go out into the garden today, listen to the birds singing ,feel the grass under you feet, observe the beauty of the trees swaying in the wind. That's God's way of geeting you.And when we listen closely to the sounds around us,we may just hear the soft, still voice of God whispering amidst them.

He has. (Ever heard of Jesus?) He's also respecting your choice as to whether or not you accept how He chooses to do so.

My relationship with God is exactly that, a relationship. In this, He doesn't "pop up", He's always there.
