What are beauty parts? I'll let someone else answer that part, I'll tackle the good face cream. Neutrogena makes wonderful products and L'oreal is great too. If you want something more specialized check Paula's Choice, I've only seen it online but it's price point is comparable to drugstore brands. My upscale favorite is DDF. Available from their website or I buy it at Sephora.

Find something that doesn't contain any mineral oil. It hardens your skin, instead of softens it. Many many brands use mineral oil because it is "cheap".
You need a three or more step regime.
hydrating wash, toner and day cream (with spf) and a night cream.
Exfoliate twice a week and do a mask at least once.
Personally Arbonne (swiss, pure and all natural)
makes wonderful products for your face.
