Height is detemined via your bones, the growth plates. There's nothing that i know of so one can support you grow taller. In fact, there are some meds so one can actually shut up those development plates faster and stop you growth. Watch out!!!

no my friend because, once your epiphesial plate (in your long bones) ossify, then there's no way you would grow taller.. :)
