Sex outside of marriage, by any form, is a sin. It's called fornication. It's up there with adultry, and listed as sexual immorality. Once you're married, I really don't know if it matters how you decide to "hop on the good foot and do the bad thing." He didn't say, so I won't vote guilty, but if you don't like it, don't do it.

The Bible does not say anything about women and men having anal sex. However, I would have to agree with the others who say that God did not create us to have anal sex, and therefore I dont think we should do it - for us. Whether its a sin or not, I am not sure.

Yes it is a sin and don't do it, you can open yourself up for infections and such.
Wikipedia has a great article on anal sex and the dangers of it if you want to go check it out.

Yeah. You have heard of Sodom and Gomorrah right? Well if you have not, God destroyed these cities for their massive sinning. Where am I going with this? Well, anal sex is called Sodomy. See? Sodom was well known for it sexual sins and it got to the point where they did not care WHO they had sex with...male, female, animal, etc. Gross, Huh?

Well I would say it's not how the body was meant to be used (the vagina was meant to receive the penis as evidenced by it's lubrication, and also by the reproductive functionality etc. which the anus lacks.)

Anal sex is damaging to the body and the anus was not designed for intercourse, so based on that alone I would say it was not God's intention for the anus to be used for sex.

Actually Christianity does not prevent much of anything; many "Christians" seem to have the idea that God has forgiven all of their future sins, so they can go ahead and do whatever sinks their boat.
