No idea. You CAN NOT get sick from being outside with wet hair. That is a myth.

not just in tropical countries, but you can get lice. they're attracted to moisture.
DO NOT put wet hair on bun. that's how a lot of kids in school get lice cause they go to school with wet hair in a bun... the knotted area of the bun never really dries.

b/c u lose most of ur body heat out of ur head hands n feet so if u go out side w/ wet hair u could get sick

you could get sick.. but if you want the wet scrunched look.. wash your hair.. let it dry slightly.. add moose and hairspray and your good to go.. but either way i guess you can go out with wet hair.. depending on the weather..
