How do I get a fiance visa to bring my fiance from Italy back to the states?

She lives in Italy where I currently am. I want her to come back with me so we can get married.

You can marry in Italy and ask for her a s a family member, or you can marry her in the USA and ask for a fiance visa. Italians are hot.
