i have a friend and she isnt easily motivated but wants to find a fairly easy work out that she can do daily besides her usual walking that she can do to lose weight (has bad knees) and also whats an appropiate diet?

water aerobics then she will not be putting extra pressure on her knees and it is very easy to do

The fastest way is to take the alkaline liquid diet.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Elliptical machines are usually fairly forgiving on the knees. As an athlete with a bum knee, it's my favorite gym-time workout. Bicycling, however, is easy, fun, and can be done just about anywhere! Tell your friend to start biking to 7-11 instead of driving. And, my foolproof trick, whenever you think about doing crunches or situps--do them. It sounds silly, but at random parts of the day, you consider working out, and then forget about it. If you make a conscious decision to do something at that moment, it becomes habit.

Hi buy her the total well being diet book issue 1 , it has great recipes for all the family and you would benefit by getting yourself some nice recepes the food is yum also the book explains everything , you can buy a big blow up exercise rubber ball they are not expensive ( i paid about $10 ) they are great for sit ups and a heap more exercise without putting pressure on her knees, i hope this helps ,cheers

As for food, eat anything you want... no butter, no soda, no dessert.

Just startout walking 30 minutes a day. Eventually walk/jog 60 minutes a day. Alternative: Pilate.
You must do cardio to burn calories...

You will look like a hot lady. Your skin will glow too!

exercise regularly for a least 30 mins a day 3x a week , lessen food intake , & drink a lot of water
