what is the white bubbles after applying hydrogen peroxide to a cut ?

That would be oxygen being released. The free oxygen atoms are highly toxic to any form of life and so kill any bacteria it touches. Most of the free oxygen combines into breathable molecular oxygen which you can see bubbling. The other product in the reaction is water.

That's the peroxide reacting to the flesh. It does destroy some good cells as well as bacteria. Peroxide can be a bit harsh. There are more gentle disinfectants like Betadine.

Oxygen is doing its job. Hydrogen peroxide is just pure oxygen and water. That is all I know.
