Is it Fedex the Federal Express ??

Spett.le Fedex,
sarò felice di esaudire la Vs. richiesta.
A quale indirizzo devo inviare (or 'mandare') la lettera ?
grazie e distinti saluti

Edit #1 - I don't agree with below comment by "Language Teacher".- The rule of the apostrophe is not always applied and "qual'indirizzo" sounded wrong to me. However I was curious to know if I was right or not. I've checked by googling on Italian pages and I've found a few "quale indirizzo"
http://www.google.it/search?hl=it&q=quale+indirizzo+&btnG=Cerca+con+Google&meta=
while I didn't find any "qual'indirizzo"
http://www.google.it/search?hl=it&q=qual%27+indirizzo+&btnG=Cerca&meta=lr%3Dlang_it

Therefore I feel my option is correct.

martox's answer is excellent, with the exception of "quale indirizzo". Since "quale" ends in a vowel and "indirizzo" begins with a vowel, you combine by placing an apostrophy and write "qual' indirizzo".
