You mean like now? Adversity builds character and spiritual strength, but God's never where He can't find you. We often can't find Him, but that's usually because we aren't looking in the right place. If you find it difficult to reach God, you need to identify what's interfering with your relationship with Him, confess it, repent of it, and ask Him to restore you to His fellowship. He will if you ask. If you just don't know, then just ask forgiveness and ask Him to restore you. He'll do that too. Then pray that the cause of your current problem will be revealed.

It's not difficult to reach him, all you have to do is sincerely pray to him. Once the difficulty has passed you just might realise that he was there with you all the while, even though you didn't know it at the time.

Try to save/ salvage your life instead of wasting your energy at this crucial time, to reach god.
Salvaging your life is a reality, trying to reach god is an illusion. Face the reality and do the correct action, and maybe u will save/ salvage your life.

It is not as if those whose lives are seemingly safe, will reach God. Actually we are not the persons who can answer these questions.
We are all in the same boat, destined to waste our lives.

That indicate that I am being tested severely for my past misdeeds. Hence at that time I will not be able to invoke the blessings from God. Nevertheless God is very near to you watching your emotional responses to that particular situation. When it is beyond your ken to bear the torture, he will lift you unnoticed and sooth you.
