if you burn more calories than your intake is, yes you will lose weight.
The danger with fast food is that it is low in essential nutrients which your body needs, so you will still feel an urge to eat more food, whether you burn the fast food off or not. You may be 'full' on bulk 'junk calories' but your body still craves nutrition.

fast food is chemically altered to make you want to eat more. so definitely NO!!! you must quit fast food cold turkey if you ever want to see positive results....or if you insist on fast food joints, try limiting yourself to salads and grilled chicken sandwiches, avoid fried items and condiments with high fat/calorie intakes, like mayo....even if you try to burn the calories that you intake on a fast food meal, the bad results will ultimately find its way into your system, like the trans. fat. and the bad carbs....some things like those and sugars are absorbed almost instantly and are really really hard to eliminate. so i avoid them altogether. and i suggest you do as well.

ofcourse not. Fast food is the junk food and it has got nothing to do with the pace with which you eat, but how quickly it can be prepared

yes, but you won't. think about it... big mac, fries, coke = 1,200 calories. times 2 equals 2,400 cals. plus breakfast 3,000 cals a day without snacks. Goodluck
