2DAY IS MONDAY N LIKE SINCE THURS I HAVE BEEN HUNGRY WOW YEA I KNW I DONT KNW Y YES I DID NOT EAT MUCH THE FIRST DAYS BUT NOW I HAVE EATEN DECENT PROPORTIONS BUT IT SEEMS LIKE NOTHING GETS ME FULL IM NOT GONNA PIG OUT BUT IM GETTING ANNOYED D@ MY HUNGER WONT GO AWAY ITS LIKE LITERALLY 24 HRS N MY GOSH WAT DO I DO I HATE BEING HUNGRY ALL DAMN DAY

i have been hungry nonstop since like thurs i have eaten like i normally do but for some reason my hunger wont go away wat shud i do
Do i like pig out n den it wud get fixed or wat im sorry i just hate being hungry 24 hrs a day please help me sorry if i ask rudely dont mean to i just speak in this tone but im askin nicely thanks for ur help

Try this. When you wake up have breakfast even if its noon.. something small and healthy, a banana, yogurt, grapes. And a glass of juice with a complete vitamin. Right there is your fuel. Try to avoid sitting around the house bored.. you'll get hungry. For lunch have something filling but not HUGE, like a sandwich, or fruit. Then when it comes around to dinner (and its fine to have a small snack before) cook a meal, that way your giving your body all it NEEDS not what your mouth waters for. And try to drink water during the day.. you'll eventually notice that water cures though's evil hunger voices. lol. And if you have a sweet tooth at the end of the night like ME.. then have a small portion of chocolate or even fruit. This way your not stuffing your face all day, which believe i've been through.. and your not starving yourself. it really helps, turst me try this technique. I love food.. and i love sweets. This routine i do daily and i feel great + its a good way to stay in shape!

all caps kills...i had to read it twice to understand what was going on.

are you saying that you are just starting to eating healthy (as in the right proportions). well it'll take at least a week to two weeks for you to get use to it. that's how long it took me to get use to it. also depending on what you eat, certain food will make you crave more of it. just eat right proportions with healthy food (lots of salad) and after (at the most) two weeks you'll be ok.

You could be pregnant, emotionally upset, diabetic, etc. Hunger is a symptom for lots of stuff.
