I eat Quick Quaker Oats.
I use filtered water 1 cup and 1/2 cup of Oats.
cook until done but not thick , add sea salt to taste.
throw in some wild blueberries, preferrably organic,
add I tsp. of gound cinnamon, Stevia for sweetner and 6 chopped walnut halves. Stir it all up and Enjoy. Delicious!!!

Do not use any milk or sugers, or sweetners
We need the Fiber and it is wonderful for our digestive system and helping us be regular.
