im turning 15,

i started my diet in the beginning of the year and lost 5-6kg, but now im not losing any more... which really irritates me.
help! any SAFE ideas on how to lose weight! urgent!!

Your stats seem fine. Be careful about what sort of weight you are losing. 5-6 kgs of fat is a big sized lump that you would have lost. Check if your dress sizes have changed proportionately. If not, you are losing weight from where you wouldn't want to. I don't think you need to lose any further weight.
Safe way to lose weight is at a maximum rate of 5 kgs a year by having balanced diet and regular 4-5 times a week exercise suitable for your age. At your age and size jog for 4 kms, and play any game like Tennis or Badminton for an hour everyday after 15 mins warm up.

starvation is no way to lose weight.
eat healthily and exercise is the right way.
avoid taking too much (you still need them) fatty/oily/sugary/high carbo food. And go for high fibre e.g. vege/grains/fruits.
eat as normal- at lease 3 meals a day.
live a healthy life and avoid those beauty magazines- they are mostly misleading & give false hope to people.
exercise to burn off those calories.

Lady, the rules are the same as 70 years ago.
3 meals aday, NO Snacks!

Fresh fruits and vegetables, 8 glasses of water per day, (THAT IS WATER, not man made crap! Plain simple water)

Last, if you do not put it into your mouth, it will not be on your hips! And NOTHING changes that!

i would suggest heakthy eating, as you have been, but just increase he excercise you are doing, if you are burning more than you are eating, you will lose....good luck, and remember lots and lots of water. xx

yoga may be relaxing but you can also get a good workout an hour of yoga can burn up to 350 calories

cravings can sneak up on you when you re tired try taking a nap if you feel yourself wanting some junk food
