You are doing the right things. On a daily basis use a pumice stone. Wet it put soap on it and your feet and scrub away. Do this after you have soaked your feet in warm water for at least 10 minutes. Then before you go to bed put a little bit of Vaseline on your feet and then wear socks. Do this everyday. Also, you probably need to eat yogurt with bacteria in it or drink sweet milk (tastes exactly like regular milk only it has the good bacteria you need) These will help lessen your callouses. For the day after you wake up try using Freemans peppermint lotion. It softens feet and helps with any odor one might have.

Have you tried Zim's Crack Creme? This stuff works. Also, soak your feet first then use your foot file and sand off your rough skin. Dry your feet then use Dr. Scholl's Callous remover on your callouses for about a week. Spray Zim's on your feet and put socks on and do this every night until your callouses come off. Stop using the callous remover when callouses come off and continue soaking, sanding, and moisturizing your feet. Always use socks to keep the creme from drying out.

If you mostly shower, rather than bath, you won't be soaking your feet enough. try sitting with them soaking for 10-20 mins while watching tv once a week. use a pumice stone &/or a scrub on them after this. Then , when you have dried them, slather on moisturiser, they will be very receptive to absorbing it then. If you have a Body Shop near you, they have a great range of specialty foot products.

You might want to start out with a good professional pedicure. After that, try sleeping with lotion on your feet covered with cotton socks. It also helps to scrape your feel with a pumice stone after bathing because the calluses are softer and easier to remove.
