well for a start, they need to realise physically abused children are not better off with their abusive parents instead of getting hospitals to patch them up and send them home. Alsi, whats the point of the childrens act and geneva convention on the rights of the child when a lot of parents don't know they exist? (sorry for ranting, I'm actually in a good mood lol)

The most publisised study recently showed children are worse off than in a lot of other countries because of quality of life, not standard of living.
Quality of life is something even very poor parents like myself can manage to give, it has little to do with money and a lot to do with making your children content.
