my computer went flat and when i turned it back on is was all weird and some settings changed

right click on ur desktop
click on properties
u see the "appearance" and "settings" tabs
this is where u can do all the customizations regarding ur question

To change the icon size, go to control panel and open 'display' click on 'appearance' and you can change the icon size.
To change the font size in a program like Word there is a button beside the "font style' on your tool bar.
Alternatively, you could use System Restore.

Right click on desktop. Choose properties. Choose Appearance tab. On the left botton there is a drop down menu to change the dont size. Other way is Click on the Advanced button and choose the suitable font for you. You can change the icon size on this section by choose icon item on drop down menu
