he mans tha he knows that no gal in they right mind will enthusiasticly ask for a guys home adres unles they have 'certain motives'.he probably didnt think that you are kinda girl or maybe no gal has even looked at him twice let alone offer(indirectly) to visit him

Maybe he ment if you were serious about him? Or he's just playing hard to get or being a little flirty.

Maybe it was his way of seeing if you really did like him and plan on a pursuing something from here
