Easy.
1. Continue eating your normal diet.
2. IN ADDITION...drink an energy supplement like Slim Fast or Ensure 3 times a day, between meals and before bed.
3. Take a multivitamin pill with minerals twice a day.
4. Exercise--20 minutes a day, 3 days a week.
5. Eat the whites of 3-4 eggs every day.

IF that doesn't work, go to the websites of Cancer hospitals (like Moffett in Tampa) and download their recipes...use those.

At first i need to know your age to consider how much weight you need to rise it or what you eat and did you play any sport or do some hard work,my a device to you to rise your weight is this one after every meal try to drink a glass of water which you will mixed with it a spoon from neutral honey, this will do the job but you must know that there is people have some thing called fast burning to calories so if your weight stall as it now after two weeks stop it and live your life as normal as you can but if you feel that you should rise it you should work on muscles with this way i could a sure you that you will rise your weight this mean that you should have a schedule for special work out for your muscles
for example you will start with ruining for an hour ever day in this month to rise you fitness and don't say it is hard no just say that you could do it then in next month you could swimming for an hour..........etc,in this way you could enforce you body to send the food aliment to mussels and you will have a good look.you need to someone who will motivate you so if you attend this way i will support you if you wish that this is my email: sport _site @yahoo.com,have a good day.

What not to do is to start loading up on the donuts or whatever or to become completely inactive. Yes, that way will make you gain weight, but not in a healthy way. All you are doing is pumping your body with fat and cholesterol, which in the long term is not healthy (increasing your risk of cardiac problems later on etc)

To do healthily, the best way to do is to increase your calorie in take. You want to be taking in a lot of carbohydrate (but healthy carbs - bread, pasta, potatoes) and a lot of protein (again stick with the lean meat, dairy products, nuts, beans). Although yu want to gain weight gradually so don't go overboard with this. When losing weight, people are recommended to lose 1-2pounds a week (therefore their calorie intake per day should be 500-1000 less than they are using). Similarly with gaining weight you want to be gaining 1-2 pounds a week, therefore your daily intake should be 500-1000 more than you are using. Snacks are another good idea (avocados, bananas, peanut butter on bread are examples of snacks that are high in calories, but still have nutritional value). Ensure that you still have all the nutritients you need, and not overloading on fats and cholesterol.

The second step in gaining weight is building up muscle. Unlike in losing weight, you should not be focusing on cardio exercise (Although it is important that you still do cardio exercise to remain healthy) but rather concentrate on weight training. Joining a gym could help as they can arrange a special programme to suit your needs

get protein and creatine powder and unlike everyone i know you have to take it everyday....mix it with milk and raw eggs

also work out...your body will demand protein to build up the muscles and you will gain weight

note: i had liver problems which may or may not have been from creatine, but i gained 15 lbs with it, protein should do if you are uncomfortable

if you cannot get protein or creatine powder, eat lots of eggs and protein rich food, exercise, and eat constantly throughout the day there is no law that says you can only have three meals a day

you should gain weight, also move to america because everyone here is fat so by living their lifestyle you should gain

along my weight gain adventure i came to realize that being skinny is nice because it is rare here in the US and so i no longer try to gain weight and eat 1 1/2 meals a day

Well I guess I not going to suggest proper diet my husband felt the same way he was stuck at 135 for the longest and felt really bad about about himself he was always such a hard worker so every thing burned off really fast except for a couple extra peanut butter sandwiches during the day and then later on he joined the navy and now weighs 164

if you can, drink ensure or something similar along with 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. dont stop exercising and dont resort to all junk food. there are suppliments that have a large amount of calories in a small amout such as 2-cal. ask your doctor if any of them are right for you. if youve tried to gain weight and just cant you may also want to rule out any conditions like hyperthyroidism

Weight training helps a person build muscles and increase body weight. If you are a very active person, you should learn to relax, which will slow down your metabolic rate. Increasing the number of hours you sleep will also help you to gain weight. More information is available at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.html

You want to do the reverse of dieting people -- You need to gain more calories than you burn. I'd stop working out, stop walking as much as possible, ect ect. Get A LOT of sleep. You can purchase calorie boosting powders in many stores, so you might want to grab one of those. Eat virtually anything you want. :)
