I took bupropion (Wellbutrin XR) for several months and then finally made the real decision to quit smoking. It does help but you need to really make the decision and engage in behavior that supports it. Take up an activity like running that makes you breathe deeply - its actually one of the sensations of smoking that it helps to replace in my experience. Its been almost 5 years and I haven't relapsed.

I would recommend to stop smoking you stop smoking. But if you cannot do that try cutting off all your fingers and your lips ? That would make you unable to smoke i suppose You could also try removing your brain so that the nicotine doesn't have an effect. hope this helps X

No. No.

I used Rational Recovery (RR) and quit smoking for good. Check it out - it will give you a different perspective. - http://www.rational.org/html_bullets/Bullet1.html
